Plug and Clay

The public will have the opportunity to observe and understand the operation of a clay 3D printer; its potential and applications, the possible synergies between new technologies and environmental sciences in an innovative eco-friendly sustainability to safeguard biodiversity.
The area, set up in collaboration with the Anton Dohrn Zoological Station, will be dedicated to the creation of artifacts modeled specifically to be, possibly, placed underwater, such as at artificial piers or other infrastructure, in order to verify their impact on the development of marine fauna and flora.
